What you'll do

• Lead the site HR team
• partner with union and operations leaders on labor relations, collective bargaining agreement interpretation, negotiations, discipline, investigations, and grievances
• use workforce data for staffing and succession planning
• oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, development, and training governance
• and manage HR processes for leave, benefits, workers’ compensation, payroll, timekeeping, records, reporting, and compliance.
