Maintenance Supervisor

The role leads maintenance work and develops the plant mechanics into a trained, effective team, helping the plant meet safety, quality, and throughput objectives. It also oversees maintenance resources, work execution, and continuous improvement.

• Direct and monitor maintenance employees
• promote safe work practices and training
• guide maintenance work and compliance reviews
• recommend maintenance-plan improvements
• maintain accurate work records
• coach and develop team members
• schedule and assign work
• inspect completed work and equipment
• requisition supplies
• investigate accidents and prepare reports
• fill in for the Maintenance Manager when absent.
