The Financial Services Representative I role is an in-branch position at the Golden Ring Branch in Rosedale, MD; telework is not available. Pay is $20–$26 per hour. The Member Experience – Branch Network team provides members with service and financial solutions through personalized, consultative interactions. The representative handles member service and transactions while identifying needs and appropriately recommending products and services. The role supports member relationships, account security, onboarding, retention, and branch operations.

What you'll do

• Provide personalized member service
• open accounts and process maintenance requests and teller transactions
• explain product features and benefits
• use consultative conversations to identify member needs
• assist with fraud, account takeover, and identity theft cases
• use CRM tools to support onboarding and relationship growth
• identify lending opportunities and coordinate with the lending group
• assist with ATM issue response
• maintain regulatory and branch-policy compliance.

Why this role
