The Custom Screens Assembler - 1st Shift role is onsite in Rice Lake, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; overtime needs vary daily. Pay begins at $18.50 per hour. Quanex manufactures products serving fenestration, cabinetry, solar, refrigeration, and outdoor markets. The assembler fabricates window screens and installs cloth while operating production equipment and completing quality checks. The role supports production targets and workflow by working efficiently with teammates and following safety expectations.
