What you'll do

• Lead ISO 9001:2015 certification strategy and maintenance across manufacturing and distribution facilities
• oversee multi-site quality operations, supplier qualifications, failure analysis, and first article inspections
• establish quality procedures and metrics
• partner with hardware, software, operations, and executive leaders
• direct and mentor quality engineers, technical writers, and analysts
• evaluate AI tools for risk analysis, process control, and reporting.
