What you'll do

• Service and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• work with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric systems, including heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
• troubleshoot and repair equipment
• provide customer service and explain systems and products to homeowners
• contact technical support with diagnostic questions
• use a tablet for daily work.
