• standardize clinical protocols and improve operatory turnover
• ensure OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and Florida dental board compliance
• oversee sterilization documentation, supplies, vendors, and lab coordination
• track clinical KPIs
• collaborate with providers, front office, billing, insurance, and executive leadership.
