The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Paola, Kansas. Pay is $32–$42 per hour. The nurse plans and coordinates client care and supports care quality at the client facility. The role exists to provide individualized nursing care and coordinate the healthcare team’s work. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, ordered treatments, education, documentation, medication administration, waived testing, emergency response, and supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants. An active registered nurse credential and BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire are required.

What you'll do

• Assess clients and conduct ongoing reassessments
• develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team
• provide ordered treatments and nursing interventions
• educate clients and families
• document findings and responses
• administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• perform waived testing
• coordinate care and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants.

Why this role
