What you'll do

• Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads
• stock and replenish cold products
• store food using HACCP wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
• clean and sanitize work surfaces and equipment
• slice meats and cheeses to specified thickness
• follow sanitation and safety requirements.
