Retail Security Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and support Security Officers and Shift Leads.
• Manage performance and assist with hiring and training.
• Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with post orders.
• Conduct site patrols and inspections.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Monitor security systems including CCTV and fire panels.
• Build relationships with mall management and local law enforcement.
