Inpatient Pharmacist

The Inpatient Pharmacist role is onsite in Montour Falls, NY, with a stated pay range of $55.48–$70.00 per hour. The role also includes preparing and dispensing medications, clinical consultation, and participation in pharmacokinetic and anticoagulation consult services.

What you'll do

• Interpret medication orders and maintain patient medication profiles
• prepare and dispense medications, including sterile IV preparations
• issue controlled substances and maintain required records
• monitor medication regimens for interactions, allergies, appropriateness, and duplication
• provide clinical consultation and recommend evidence-based regimens and cost-effective alternatives
• attend ABC alert codes, assist with pharmacokinetic and anticoagulation consult services, and report adverse drug events and medication errors.
