What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients
• cook according to established recipes and presentation standards
• plate food under senior-chef guidance
• maintain clean workstations and equipment
• assist with inventory monitoring and restocking
• participate in taste tests and inspections
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to complete orders
• maintain menu knowledge and readiness of materials and equipment.
