The Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator role is onsite in Beverly, Massachusetts. Pay is $30–$60 per hour. The position supports resident care planning, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance at Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 132-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. The role exists to ensure MDS assessments and related documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant. This work helps the facility represent residents’ care needs accurately and supports clinical planning, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Complete MDS assessments accurately and on time
• verify compliance with federal, state, and facility requirements
• supervise MDS data entry, validation, and transmission
• investigate and resolve discrepancies
• prepare reports for the Director of Nursing and leadership
• provide feedback to clinical teams
• support surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews
• maintain Medicare and Medicaid compliance
• track changes to RAI/MDS guidance
• contribute to quality improvement
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
