What you'll do

• Provide RN First Assistant support during procedures
• work in scrub and circulating roles
• assist with robotic procedures
• support bariatric, general, colorectal, orthopedic/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology procedures
• prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies
• maintain sterile technique and surgical safety
• assist with patient positioning and transfer
• anticipate surgical team needs
• assist with counts and documentation
• monitor patients and collaborate with the care team.
