Automotive Service Advisor

What you'll do

• obtain approvals and signatures
• follow repair progress and communicate estimate or timing changes
• handle calls and appointments
• review invoices and quality-control reports
• deliver vehicles and answer questions
• maintain customer follow-up and clean work areas.
