Works independently to provide diagnostic speech and language therapy evaluations and services to patients as prescribed by a physician, consistent with the agency’s policies and procedures, standards of practice, and regulations. Provides speech and language services to adults and children with speech, swallowing, voice, language, and other communicative disorders. Has full access to patien
