What you'll do

• Assist residents with hygiene, meals, and recreation

• document progress, incidents, and interactions in the EHR
• collaborate with care team members
• respond to behavioral crises using de-escalation and safety protocols
• facilitate community involvement and life skills
• transport residents using a company vehicle
• follow health and safety protocols.
