Customer Service & Booking Specialist

What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls and book service appointments
• make outbound calls during downtime
• contact homeowners due for maintenance and follow up on previous opportunities
• make post-service customer calls
• identify additional HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service needs
• work toward a minimum of 20 booked calls per day, 10 memberships sold per month, and 100 outbound calls per day.
