The Special Education Transition and Employment Specialist (Job Coach) is an onsite, part-time role in Beaver, PA, paying $18.40 per hour. BCRC supports adults and high school students with disabilities in building independence, skills, and success through community activities and employment. The Job Coach helps participants develop life, social, and prevocational skills, take part in community experiences, and build confidence and workplace skills through job shadowing. The work advances participants’ independence and engagement in community and employment settings.

What you'll do

• Support participants in developing life, social, and prevocational skills onsite and in the community
• engage participants in social, volunteer, arts, sports, cultural, and other community activities
• coach participants through job shadowing and workplace skill development.
