What you'll do

• Assess patients and develop, review, and update individualized care plans

• apply or discontinue telemetry as ordered
• collect lab specimens and report results
• monitor and document patient condition
• assist with wound care and activities of daily living
• complete admission assessments and patient rounds
• communicate changes to providers and families
• provide discharge information
• complete documentation, safety checks, and related unit duties
• participate in call rotations.
