Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete work orders and repairs involving electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, locks, tile, window treatments, and HVAC
• complete maintenance requests promptly
• maintain records of appliance, carpet, and paint replacements
• prepare vacant apartments by coordinating vendors and completing repairs
• work within budgets and maintain inventory
• schedule preventive maintenance
• monitor contractor work and building systems
• perform grounds work and assist with inspections
• respond to 24-hour emergency maintenance call-outs and carry a mobile phone or radio as required for on-call maintenance.
