What you'll do

• Provide telephone, remote desktop, and onsite user support
• open and document work-order tickets
• install network cabling and configure network devices
• set up wireless devices, cameras, and time clocks
• perform system upgrades and maintenance
• prepare computers
• manage Active Directory
• maintain email and user accounts
• repair devices and network hardware
• address malware and security threats
• document systems
• and travel to facilities when remote access is unavailable.
