What you'll do

• Define portfolio-level research strategies.

• Develop personas, journey architectures, and ecosystem maps.
• Apply agentic AI to develop repeatable insight pipelines.
• Partner with Research Operations on governance and tooling.
• Facilitate alignment workshops with senior leadership.
