The Oracle Cloud EPM Solution Architect / Delivery Lead role is listed in Oklahoma City, OK. i360technologies is supporting an upcoming federal financial systems modernization initiative through an Oracle Cloud EPM Planning solution deployed across multiple organizations. As the team’s senior design authority, the architect establishes enterprise design and governance, guides functional and technical workstreams, and directs rollout and transition decisions. The role helps ensure the shared planning solution is sustainable, secure, and appropriately standardized while addressing organizational variation and delivery risks.

What you'll do

• Assess the existing Oracle Cloud EPM Planning application, technical debt, integrations, performance, security, and operating model
• define enterprise architecture for dimensions, metadata, workflow, approvals, business rules, reporting, security, and integrations
• establish configuration-versus-customization and change-control guardrails
• lead remediation sequencing, release planning, design reviews, and cross-workstream decisions
• resolve escalated design and performance issues
• communicate decisions and risks to leadership and the client
• lead vendor transition activities
• provide architecture input to proposals and staffing plans.
