What you'll do

• Manage claims from assignment through resolution
• monitor work queues and prepare weekly and monthly reports
• review and validate property-loss estimates
• liaise with contractors, flooring stores, and insurance carriers
• investigate scope discrepancies, customer concerns, and warranty issues
• validate scope, pricing, and totals
• provide estimating guidance
• identify contractor performance trends
• maintain claim documentation and notes.
