What you'll do

• Advise multi-site leaders on employee relations, performance management, and policy adherence
• lead change-management initiatives
• conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues
• conduct orientation and onboarding
• maintain HRIS records and assist with pay inquiries
• address staffing, engagement, retention, and performance challenges
• ensure employment-law compliance
• prepare HR reports and metrics
• coordinate annual open enrollment
• support HR projects.
