Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite and supports Monaca Lofts in Monaca, PA, and LG Lofts in New Castle, PA. Pay is $21 per hour. The role supports Pivotal Housing Partners’ multifamily communities and resident services. The technician maintains the physical integrity of the communities and helps provide residents with a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment. The work includes completing resident work orders, preparing units between residents, maintaining grounds, and responding to on-call emergencies.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to current and future residents
• complete resident work orders within the stated 24–48-hour expectation
• perform general HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry maintenance
• assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary
• complete unit turnovers between residents to company standards
• maintain grounds and curb appeal
• prioritize multiple tasks
• respond to on-call emergencies.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of related experience, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. HVAC training and certification are preferred. Weekend and overtime hours may be included; on-call emergency availability is required.
