What you'll do

• Assist retail and shop customers with parts selection
• answer calls and provide quotes
• review shop estimates for correct parts and pricing
• pull and fill orders
• locate unavailable parts and submit emergency orders when needed
• notify customers and service advisors about special orders
• follow up on back orders
• replenish inventory
• process payments, credits, and records
• participate in training and maintain product knowledge.
