What you'll do

• Supervise student groups during after-school programming
• lead and support recreational, enrichment, academic, and social-emotional activities
• assist with transitions, attendance, snack distribution, and dismissal
• build positive relationships and maintain behavioral expectations
• support conflict resolution and positive choices
• ensure student safety
• communicate with school staff and program leadership
• set up, clean up, and organize program spaces and materials
• follow school policies and safety protocols.
