What you'll do

• Own production reliability across global network infrastructure
• build Python automation for remediation and incident response
• contribute to high-severity event response, stakeholder communication, and postmortems
• develop tools for root cause analysis and track remediation
• automate monitoring and observability
• maintain runbooks, escalation playbooks, and SOPs
• partner with Architecture and SRE on SLIs, SLOs, dashboards, and alerts
• mentor engineers.
