The analyst is part of VHC Health’s IS Division Special Projects Team, supporting more convenient, connected, and coordinated care for patients. The analyst translates clinical and business needs into digital and electronic medical record functionality, supporting solution design, implementation, testing, training, and ongoing system support. The role partners with clinical and operational teams to improve workflows and patient-facing web and mobile options.

What you'll do

• Investigate processes and data flows
• develop workflows and system configurations
• document changes and train staff
• build, test, document, and support Epic and third-party system functionality
• create data sets, master files, and reports
• perform quality assurance and integrated testing
• review vendor releases
• provide 24/7 problem management support and resolution
• collaborate with users and project team members.
