What you'll do

• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop the hardware engineering team
• manage staffing and resource allocation
• establish engineering processes and documentation practices
• review designs, analyses, drawings, requirements, and test plans
• guide complex technical work
• support prototype development, integration, testing, and troubleshooting
• coordinate with program teams and DoD customers
• support proposals and travel to customer or test sites as needed.
