What you'll do

• Serve as a primary utility-client contact and build long-term relationships
• attend client and public meetings, including occasional evening meetings
• support business development and proposals
• represent the firm in professional and community organizations
• direct and review engineering and design work
• lead preparation of water and wastewater reports, plans, specifications, permits, and designs
• participate in quality assurance and quality control
• assist with construction-phase management and observation
• develop project scopes, fee estimates, and schedules
• lead complex multidisciplinary projects
• manage budgets and schedules
• mentor engineers and technical staff
• maintain professional credentials and continuing education.
