Account Executive, Customer Upgrades

What you'll do

• Proactively contact existing customers to identify CRM and phones upgrade opportunities
• manage sales from outreach and discovery through demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and close
• understand shop goals and workflows
• maintain pipeline and CRM records
• partner with customer-facing teams on account history and post-sale transition
• work toward revenue and activity goals.
