Cargo Customer Service Agent

The Cargo Customer Service Agent role is onsite in Honolulu, HI. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. What you'll do

• Ensure the safety and security of cargo
• follow government and operational regulations
• maintain records of goods shipped, received, and stored
• enter shipping information
• verify import and export documentation and classify goods using tariff codes
• prepare manifests and transmit shipment data
• advise clients on transportation and payment methods
• track deliveries
• notify customers of arrivals and arrange delivery
• retrieve stored items and trace lost shipments
• label containers
• inspect and count received items and record shortages or reject damaged goods.
