What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing on daily nursing operations
• supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff
• address staff concerns and escalate issues
• assist with staffing coordination and scheduling
• conduct staff evaluations and coaching
• participate in quality assurance, committees, and budget planning
• ensure accurate MDS documentation
• assist with discharge planning
• provide individualized resident and family care.
