What you'll do

• Manage the client account and day-to-day staffing and operational services at two yard waste facilities
• plan schedules and coverage and coordinate attendants, substitutions, and staffing changes
• coordinate training and ensure staff follow site procedures
• oversee safe operations, customer wait times, escalations, housekeeping, litter control, and site security
• ensure environmental, health, safety, screening, privacy, and IT-access compliance
• maintain and verify records, timesheets, checklists, and permit applications
• report incidents within 24 hours and coordinate corrective action
• coordinate optional loader or heavy-equipment service when authorized.

Why this role
