What you'll do

• Provide individual and group counseling, case management, education, outreach, and referrals
• conduct intake and orientation as applicable
• assess participant functioning and develop and review treatment plans
• conduct and document breathalyzer or saliva tests as appropriate
• prepare progress reports
• maintain participant records and required documentation
• communicate with supervisors and support staff.
