The available shifts start Monday through Friday at 5:00 PM or 10:00 PM; variable shifts may be needed, and weekend overtime is voluntary as needed. Spee-Dee Delivery provides standard next-day ground delivery across the Midwest. This role supports daily warehouse operations and staff to help ensure timely, safe, and efficient operations. It assists managers with warehouse tasks, freight flow, reporting, safety compliance, training, and employee support, and may provide route coverage as needed.

What you'll do

• Support managers with daily warehouse operations
• perform hands-on warehouse tasks during peak periods and provide route coverage as needed
• support department reports
• promote compliance with safety, DOT, and company policies
• monitor activity, attendance, and productivity
• support trailer cuts and freight flow
• help address employee issues
• participate in weekly meetings
• support training and onboarding
• assist with parking and fueling vehicles
• and may serve as a shift lead or employee contact when management is unavailable.

Why this role
