What you'll do

• Oversee creation, modification, and termination of payer/provider portal accounts
• handle complex or high-priority access escalations
• manage access to ZKeep
• ensure compliance with payer requirements, HIPAA, and security standards
• monitor Jira requests and SLAs
• support the team during high ticket volume or SLA risk
• analyze Jira and ZKeep reports
• identify and implement workflow improvements
• collaborate with IT, HR, and Compliance
• supervise and develop two Portal Administrators.
