Solution Train Engineer — Active TS/SCI + FSP

The Solution Train Engineer role is onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD. Compensation is $220,000–$260,000 per year. The role facilitates a Solution Train and three Agile Release Trains using the Scaled Agile Framework. What you'll do

• Facilitate Solution Train and Agile Release Train operations using SAFe
• collaborate with governance, stakeholders, RTEs, and leadership on execution, work allocation, resourcing, and staffing
• monitor metrics and resolve impediments
• coordinate schedules and software/architecture releases
• lead PI Planning, Solution Train planning, and Scrum of Scrums
• track feature and capability execution through agile and DevOps metrics
• brief stakeholders on progress and release readiness
• coach teams and leaders in agile practices
• assess skill gaps and provide resourcing input.
