What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• maintain cleanliness and organization in dish-room and kitchen areas
• remove trash and recyclables
• restock clean dishes and supplies
• follow sanitation, health, and safety guidelines
• report equipment concerns or hazards
• assist kitchen team members as needed.
