What you'll do

• Identify current and future volunteer needs with staff and residents
• recruit through associated churches, the community, and residents
• interview, screen, orient, and place volunteers
• supervise and support volunteers as needed
• update assignment descriptions
• participate in large-group programs
• communicate volunteer policies
• plan volunteer recognition
• liaise with community and church groups
• maintain confidential records
• oversee volunteer-operated campus stores, inventory, training, schedules, and point-of-sale systems
• develop policies and processes with leadership.
