Caregiver – Day Shift

The Caregiver – Day Shift role is an onsite, part-time position serving clients in Topeka and Shipshewana, Indiana. Pay is $15–$18 per hour, with approximately 20–25 hours per week and a scheduled shift of 8:30 AM–4:00 PM. Firefly Home Care helps people remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• provide companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• follow individualized care plans
• observe and communicate changes in client condition
• complete care notes
• and build respectful relationships with clients and families.
