The Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour. What you'll do

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents
• conduct apartment and community tours
• explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and policies
• process applications and leasing paperwork
• maintain prospect records
• support move-ins, renewals, and resident service
• participate in marketing outreach and resident events
• maintain leasing office and tour areas
• comply with Fair Housing and company policies.
