Job overview

The Residential Counselor / Therapist — LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW role is onsite in Grapevine, TX, with a Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. The salary range is $65,000–$80,000 per year, with a $150 bonus for each weekend day worked. Valley Hope restores lives affected by addiction and supports lifelong recovery. The clinician provides counseling and therapeutic support to patients and families in a residential treatment setting. The role develops and monitors treatment plans, coordinates with the multidisciplinary team, and supports patients’ recovery and follow-up care.

What you'll do

  • Provide individual and group counseling, therapeutic interventions, and educational lectures
  • develop and revise treatment plans
  • conduct face-to-face assessments
  • participate in treatment-team meetings and training
  • prepare progress reports and follow-up care
  • consult with referral resources, mentors, and families
  • review referral information
  • and document treatment activities and observations.
