What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate carpenters and assigned field personnel
• review plans, details, specifications, and daily priorities
• perform and supervise framing, blocking, trim, cabinetry support, punch work, and other carpentry
• verify dimensions, alignment, and finish quality
• assign tasks and monitor productivity
• coordinate with the superintendent and trade partners
• identify field conflicts
• estimate labor and materials
• ensure tools and materials are available
• enforce jobsite safety
• protect completed work
• maintain an organized site
• train less-experienced carpenters
• complete punch-list and corrective work.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of residential carpentry experience, prior crew leadership, ability to interpret construction documents, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Luxury custom home experience is strongly preferred; OSHA training or relevant trade certification is a plus. Overtime may be available based on project needs.
