Sales Account Manager

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• generate and qualify leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, trade shows, and customer relationships
• manage opportunities through the sales cycle
• prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close partnerships
• pursue sales goals and cross-sell or upsell products
• serve as primary contact for assigned accounts
• onboard customers and conduct account reviews
• address customer concerns
• coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service
• maintain CRM records, process orders as needed, and prepare reports and forecasts.
