What you'll do

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, mobility, and assistive devices
• help with housekeeping, laundry, transportation, correspondence, and medication assistance
• observe and report changes in resident condition
• conduct rounds and room checks
• document incidents and resident-related events
• assist with dining and activities
• respond appropriately to emergencies
• maintain common areas and complete assigned records.
