What you'll do

• Greet customers and establish positive rapport
• determine customer needs and promote relevant products
• run the parts counter
• estimate repair costs and prepare itemized service orders
• initiate, obtain signatures for, and close service orders
• learn the company’s products and services
• identify service sales opportunities
• communicate with customers and follow up after completed work
